An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry currently have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build scheme comprising 35 x one and two bedroom apartments in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The company have been around for a number of decades and have a great reputation for delivering new build apartments Nationwide. They have won numerous awards for their work over the years, including 5-star ratings for customer satisfaction.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the Senior Site Manager on a new build scheme in Crowthorne, Berkshire that comprises 35 x one and two bedroom apartments, built with traditional construction methods. The project has already started and the frame is already up, and they are looking to bring in additional support to drive the project through to completion.

Assistant Site Manager

• Ideally Degree / HND qualified or come from a trade background
• Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder
• Career driven and keen to progress up the ranks
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS Black Card
