Land Manager – North West London – c£55,000 plus package plus bonus

Established PLC Housebuilder urgently require Land Buyer / Land Manager to join their busy team.  With an excellent reputation for buying sites the successful candidate will have front line exposure to completing acquisitions for a housebuilder that is keen to buy and build out. Site sizes will vary from 80 units – 400 units and the product will be a mixture of smaller starter homes, detached properties and some flats. The locations of these acquisitions will primarily be North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

This role will suit a Land Buyer/ Land Manager with experience of working for a larger Developer or keen to work for one, someone that understands the process of buying land from initial identification, due diligence, appraisal and formulating a bids.
