Commercial Manager | £70,000 – £75,000 + package | Permanent | Surrey

The South East’s leading developer are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidate will either have several years experience as a Surveyor or will be a Commercial Manager already. The company does large, multi-million pound mixed-use regeneration schemes of the highest quality. The kind of which you would be proud to have your name on.

 Key Duties:

• Ensuring timely and cost-effective management of all developments all the way through pre-production to completion
• Delegating work to surveyors
• Management of all sub-contractors and their payments, inclusive of re-measures, account meetings and site orders

Criteria:

• Concrete frame experience and experience running complex, mixed-use projects
• several years experience as a senior surveyor or commercial manager
• A strong commercial sense with the ability to manage staff
• Great communication skills
• RICS/CIOB qualification
