Finishing Manager – Housing

A highly respected Housebuilder renowned for building a good quality product throughout Kent and Southern Home Counties urgently require a Finishing Manager for one of their large (200+) housing sites in Kent.

The role will be to manage the sub-contractors on site on all finishing of various town houses, detached houses and flats.

The role is reporting to The Senior Site manager and Project Manager.

You will need to be an experienced Finishing Manager and be used to delivering a good quality product on multi-unit sites. Ideally you will have PLC/ House builder experience and be a good team player who can achieve good results.

This contract is an immediate start and will run until at least December 2019 with potential permanent employment if desired.
