An award-winning, leading residential developer have a great opportunity for a Fit-out Site Manager to join them on a long term freelance basis, working on a flagship project in Central London.

The company are recognised as one of the UK’s top housebuilders and have won multiple awards for the schemes over the years. They work across London and the South East, developing exceptional residential schemes and communities.

They are looking for a Fit-out Site Manager to work on a prestigious project in Central London, comprising over 200 units; 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses. The units are built to an extremely high spec and the Fit-out Site Manager will need to have a strong track record working on very high end residential projects.

With approximately a year left to run on this development, this is a great opportunity to get involved in a flagship project for a leading residential developer and see it through to completion.

Fit-out Site Manager

• Track record working for a reputable house builder
• Experience working on projects with extremely high end finishes
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis
