A well run smallish privately owned residential developer is looking or a Freelance Site Manager to deliver projects for them in the Catford area.
Looking after 2 projects running concurrently, one is a 4 unit traditional build scheme and the other a 9 unit development over 4 floors constructed by RC Frame.
The projects are due to run until the end of the year but with future projects the client can potentially offer a contract beyond these schemes.
The client is looking to appoint a Site Manager who has experience of delivering new build residential schemes, including RC frames and who has worked for small developers rather than large PLC’s.
As the Site Manager you will be fully accountable for all on site activities to ensure the projects is completed within budget and programme whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to and with you possessing a Black CSCS Card and a 1st Aid certificate, the client is looking for the appointed Site Manager to ideally be computer literate and be able to add value to the project.
