Land Manager – Surrey

Land Manager with experience of acquiring residential sites from 80 units upwards is required by  respected developer based in Surrey.

The company is known for building a well designed, good quality product that is selling. Locations of acquisitions will vary throughout Surrey, Sussex , Hampshire and localised surrounding areas and will vary from green areas through to brownfield sites.

The developer is self funded and has the resources and appetite to buy land throughout the aforementioned areas. They are a well run outfit who are organised and have the experience to win bids and build out.

The ideal candidate will be qualified, have a keen eye for acquisitions, conduct full due diligence, appraisals, put bids together, present to board level and importantly have an appetite for success in a competitive market.
