Established Residential Developer who are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budge whilst maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers.

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. They hold a unique service within the construction industry and deliver complex mixed use schemes.

Currently seeking a Land & Property Graduate based out of their office near Bishop Stortford. It is a great opportunity which will expand and develop your experience whilst being involved in Historic England and working on Conversions, New build and Heritage projects.

Experience Required

• Confident, numerate and analytical team player
• To have a basic, practical and demonstrable knowledge of construction methodology.
• Strong communication skills with a drive and determination to succeed.
• A strong ability in prioritising activities and managing a busy and demanding role.
• To have achieved at least a 2:1 Degree in a recognised Construction related degree.
