Quantity Surveyor | £50,000 Plus Package | Surrey

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a medium sized developer in Surrey

This developer has got a strong track record for their high quality of work and have got a lot of repeated work from clients.

The project is working on a range of different residential projects valuing up to £20m

Ideal candidate

• 3-5 years’ experience.
• BSc degree in quantity surveyor or a relevant construction qualification.
• Good data skills.
• RICS membership is required.
• Residential developer experience is required.
• Line management skills is desirable.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages.
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card at an appropriate level.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that the SHEQ standards by the clients policies are understood and followed at all times.
• Understand their ways of working making sure that the processes are used in your daily duties.
• Acting in a professional manner in everything you do as you will be representing the company and keeping their high reputation.
