Salary: £45,000- £60,000 (Depending on experience)

One of London’s leading Fit out Specialist companies is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join them permanently.

Established in 1992, the company have continued to create outstanding interior environments for all of their clients.

They have projects worth up to £10,000,000 specialising in the education, healthcare and leisure sectors.

Having worked on landmarks such as the London Eye, they also work in both public and private sectors.

Key skills and experience required:

• Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Solid experience at a company as a Quantity Surveyor
• The desired Quantity Surveyor will have financial and numerical management experience
• The Quantity Surveyor will have outstanding communication skills with a unique ability to negotiate
• Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, commercial or heritage
• Experience working in a main contracting environment
• Able to understand standard building contracts
• Completely IT Literate
• Thorough understanding of building technology with the capability to understand construction drawings and specifications
• Keen eye for detail whilst maintaining accurate time sheets
