Senior Employers Agent

An exciting and challenging job opportunity for a Senior Employer`s Agent to work on a number of prestigious projects in London as recently arisen with a City based consultancy.

The portfolio includes a £30m 100+ unit residential tower and the remodelling of an existing retail centre.

Summary

You will be responsible for the full interpretation of contract documentation, coordination and control change management i.e. liaison with client, consultants and contractors in relation to design, contractual issues, project control, and contract administration – essentially safeguarding the Employer`s interests throughout the duration of the project.

You will be working in a dynamic yet natural mixed use team who have a wide range of projects and there are opportunities to work on iconic schemes with blue chip clients.

What’s Needed?

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, and MRICS would be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will have a proven track record in the role of Employer`s Agent in the management of both commercial, residential and retail sectors.

You will have an all round contractual knowledge of JCT form of contract – including Design and Build and traditional is essential.

You should have strong people management and leadership skills – be confident in sustaining client relationships – have a proactive approach- good time management, team working and organisational skills.
