Salary        £60,000 to £65,000 + Package

A leading, highly reputable Developer who have established into a reputable organisation for delivering complex refurbishment and new build projects. They offer a ground-breaking and value solutions for all clients.

They are a skilled and experienced company that undertake a range of residential projects and currently seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to work on their new flagship scheme based in West London.

They are looking for someone who has RC frame and High rise experience in apartments and able to run a project confidently and assertively.

They are a well-known company, offering a great opportunity, low staff turnover and offering competitive salary.

Personal

·Five years’ experience, professionally qualified from a technical background.

·A good working knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards.

·Good team player with ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, consultants and construction teams.

·Experience in high rise reinforced concrete residential projects.

·Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers

·Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

·Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
