Architectural Technician – Essex – £45,000 – £50,000 plus package

A leading house builder / developer, based in Essex are currently looking to appoint an Architectural / CAD technician on a permanent basis to work on a number of live projects in and around the South East.  Owing to an increase in work load the company are keen to find a suitable candidate to join their established team and help drive the business forward.

You the ideal candidate will be required to have:

Excellent AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Good time management and a sense of urgency
A confident and professional telephone manner
Attention to detail
Self-motivated, methodical approach with a focus on client
A high level of computer literacy
Previous building design or construction experience
Construction related qualifications
Must have own transport due to location
