The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for delivering one of 2 projects: Projects
- £13 million New Build Commercial Office
- £6 million Complex Cut and Carve Grade 2 Listed Building
You will have overall responsibility for sub-contractors and be responsible for the co-ordination of all health and safety. The ideal Site Manager will have a background of working for a Main Contractor, Fit-Out or Refurbishment contractor. ROLES AND REQUIREMENTS OF SENIOR SITE MANAGER /PROJECT MANAGER:
- Responsibility for full site management
- Man-management of sub-contracts and direct employees
- Health & Safety
- Covering sites across London
- Fit-Out, Refurbishment, Main Contracting experience
- SMSTS
- Managed projects above £4 million
- Tendering experience
- High end residential, Education, commercial, Healthcare experience
