An Established, dynamic Main Contractor with a strong reputation within the construction industry who specialise in delivering large regeneration schemes based in London valued up to £700 mil.

They offer a variety of first class comprehensive services with a very good client relationships due to having a track record of success of completing projects on time, to budget and to the very highest standards.

Due to their growing success and innovative business they are currently seeking an ambitious experienced freelance Construction Manager to come aboard the team.

The Role

They are currently looking for an innovative individual who is not afraid to bring ideas that can change the marketplace. They seek motivated individuals who want to continue to learn and be challenged, who have superior interpersonal and communication skills.

The role encompasses the design, installation and maintenance of essential services and equipment amongst current and future projects such as, Water, gas and electricity supplies, Lighting, heating and air-conditioning, ICT and Security systems.

Responsibilities and Key Attributes

·Relevant trade background or Degree Qualified

·Experience in both Mechanical and Electrical works

·3 years M&E Experience

·Reviewing installation plans and specifications

·Reviewing prices for services work.

·Managing Mechanical and Electrical Health and safety.

·Effectively monitor and oversee site works including subcontract packages, deliver in accordance with company procedures, programme requirements and project specifications.

·Manages day to day issues.

·Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required.
