Due to ongoing success, a privately owned residential developer is looking to appoint a career focused Assistant Site Manager.
Delivering a mix of New Build and Refurbishment Speculative Residential schemes across the South East, the client is able to offer the successful Assistant Site Manager the opportunity to work underneath a Project Manager on a challenging refurbishment scheme prior to moving onto a new build scheme.
Open to your background being from either residential developer or main contracting background, the client is more interested in your attitude and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity to sharpen and develop your skills away from a large PLC and work on varied projects.
