Salary        £35,000 to £40,000 + Package

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build.

The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes

Key Attributes

·Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to refurbishment and new build schemes

·Previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector

·Previous experience working on traditional build and new build residential projects with the use of RC frame and Timber frame.

·Proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion

·Awareness of Building Regulations and has good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

·Self-motivated and confident.

·Able to communicate at all levels with consultants, site staff, subcontractors and client disciplines.

·Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC

·Design and engineering construction knowledge
