They deliver a wide range of projects over a variety of sectors which includes Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Education, Industrial, Residential, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Façade Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.

Façade Manager Responsibilities

• Schedule progress updating and attended scheduled meetings
• Supervise the direction projects and ensure that client conditions and requirements are met.
• Ensure that Health and Safety is being upheld across all sites.
• Identify important decisions and arrangements required to deliver successful projects
• Take responsibility for self-development and the development of others
• Excellent communication, structural and influencing skills
• Develop and form relationships by having good communication skills with the Clients

Personal Specification & Requirements

• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Knowledge and experience of overseeing facades on a variety of projects
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
• Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
