Description
- The Construction Manager will be overseeing a range of housing and commercial contracts in London with a value of circa £1 billion.
- With responsibility they will ensure that all contracts are completed on time and to budget.
- The Construction Manager will also identify opportunities for further business growth in the midlands from bid stage to completeion.
- They will also oversee circa 50 members of staff.
Profile
The Construction Manager will possess at least five years experience in a similar role working for a main contractor. Experience of delivering housing new build projects is a must have alongside other types of contracts in commercial and residential
