Defect co-ordinator – Highways

Working for a new and exciting highways maintenance contractor you will be involved in the following;

Highways, motorways,  Highway Defects, Planning and costings. Predominantly dealing with capital Highways Maintenance projects  & CDM’s.

You need to well organised and confident when dealing with the public or clients.

You will require a clean driving licence and vehicle will be provided.

They are looking for bright, intelligent, personable and enthusiastic individuals to join them in making this business become a market leader in the next 2-3 years.

HNC as minimum or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience in an appropriate discipline – civil engineering

Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including Construction Design Management (CDM) and Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) – preferable with IOSH & NEBOSH.
