Facade Site Foreman – Residential Project – 10 week Contract

Location: Cardiff & UK Wide
·Current Project:Removal of cladding (composite panel), Rockwool insulation, aluminium frame and brackets.
o A 15 storey residential block
o Work will be done at height from a mast climber
o Foreman will work in a gang of 2 people and manage 1 or 2 other gangs on the project
·Project location:Cardiff
·Start date; w/c Monday 13th August
·Job length: 8-10 weeks
·Accommodation will be provided (rent and bills are covered)
·Mileage from Home to Cardiff and back will be covered at standard rate (one return trip allowed for each week)
·Future prospects
o This is a new business line for an established UK wide developer/main contractor
o We are looking to engage the candidate on this first project and then rehire the candidate for other sites as and when jobs are won, eventually moving the candidate in-house to become a key staff member on a permanent basis.
oThere is the potential to be promoted from foreman to project manager to project director and then regional manager and nationwide manager.
Mandatory experience & certification
- Prior experience in rainscreen cladding work
- Prior supervisor experience
- CSCS card
- First aid certificate
- SMSTS certificate
- Must have own car and driving licence and be willing to relocate around the country for projects
