Finishing Manager
Salary: £40-45K + Car Allowance

We are currently recruiting for a main contractor who are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join their team on a regeneration project in Ealing. To start with you will be working on a new build school fitting out all of the classrooms and facilities to a high standard from 1st fix through to finish. Once this area is finished there are a number of blocks of flats that are being fitted as well and you will move over to this as it is a long project.
- You must have experience of working for a main contractor on similar schemes
- You will be able to demonstrate working with clients during the finishing/internal phases of the project
- You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness (SLA’s, time of build, quality, profit etc.)
- Proven experience of successfully managing a sub-contractor work force to a high standard.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure that objectives are achieved
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- A methodical, systematic and logical approach;
- Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results;
- Strong understanding of health & safety processes
- Current SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
- Stable work history not jumpy
