Head of Planned Maintenance

Long established building contractor with numerous contacts in the affordable / social housing market urgently require a Planned Maintenance Manager.

The company have been facilitating Planned Maintenance services to HA’s and RP’s for over a decade. The works generally involve roof replacements, window replacements, re-decking, cladding and FRA type works.

The role itself is to head up the Planned Maintenance division so the successful candidate will need to have experience of tendering, contract management , commercial management and have the ability to liaise with clients and manage sub-contractors and directly employed staff.

It is vital the successful candidate has a background in response maintenance and preferably Planned Maintenance running numerous contracts fulfilling support to Housing Associations and HA’s
