Junior Product Manager / Technical Support Engineer – Brussels , Belgium

Leading Fire & Security manufacturer requires a Junior Product Manager / Technical Support Engineer for the Belgium & Luxemburg Sales support team, based in the Brussels office.

You will provide answers and solutions for customer’s technical questions about their security product portfolio. This will be by phone, email, inside escalation software tools or face to face conversations.

This person needs to liaise between sales, customer service and HQ product management. He/she will be in charge of implementing product releases into the Belgian and Luxemburg market and provide adequate internal and external trainings.
