A very well respected developer based in the City are in need of a Land Manager to join their busy development team.
This developer already have a good reputation developing and constructing a number of recognisable iconic apartment schemes in London.
Whilst they have a number of developments on the go they are in need of further acquisitions to add to their portfolio of schemes and to run through the front end planning and development processes.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small but successful team thus allowing the successful person to develop their skills in all aspects of the land acquisition and development process and become a Senior Land & Development manager quickly based on successful acquisitions and planning applications.
The ideal person needs to have experience in acquiring major schemes in London either as part of a team for a larger developer of as part of a smaller team from more of an investment and acquisition company.
In addition to having real progressive opportunities there is a discretionary bonus scheme that pays on a results basis and with a number of the land opportunities acquired hitting above 50 stories on build out this will be attractive.
