Land Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 plus bonus plus package

South London based Developer urgently require a Land Manager/ Senior Land Manager.
The company will buy development opportunities from 10 – 100 units in all locations throughout London and the South. They will build some out and they will exit from a percentage if the profit margins required can be achieved.
The ideal candidate will be used to trading some deals and building out some, you will be an expert in finding off market deals in addition to utilising agents to facilitate good deals that fit the remit. You can be Land Manager – Senior Land manager level hence the broad salary range, one of the attractions of this role is you will be working with one of the leading Land Directors in the South who has a number of good contacts, procedures and expertise in place that will ensure your success.
In return you can expect a high bonus scheme that does rival many other larger organisations, the freedom to go out in all locations and hunt down the right type deals to make the organisation money and environment that is non-corporate but yet nimble in decisions and giving the authorisation to do the deal on land.
