Award winning Developer who build out bespoke design properties urgently require a Managing QS / Commercial Manager to work from their busy growing office.
The Developer are entrepreneurial, opportunistic and deliver high quality houses in the South East.
The company urgently seek either an experienced Senior QS who is ready to make the step into Managing QS or a more established Managing QS/ Commercial Manager that has a track record of managing a team and delivering on cost control a number of different housing sites.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast paced residential developer that is in the early stages of growth, the buy land smart and work smart ensuring the successful candidate will be able to progress in the role.
