We are currently working on behalf of a market leading main contractor who is look to appoint a Managing QS (Number 2) on a c.£40m new build residential scheme in London.
Reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the day to day a management of the commercial team.
The client is able to a good balance of Office / Site / Home working and can offer genuine long term career progression.
As a Senior QS / Managing QS you will be able to demonstrate a stable employment history working for main contractor on city centre New Build Residential led schemes in excess of £30m.
