Project Manager | £60,000 Plus Package | South West London

A Project Manager is required to work for a leading new build and refurbishment specialist.

This Main Contractor specialises in refurbishment and new build projects who has an impressive track record with a strong pipeline of work and have a target of a turnover to exceed £1.5b by 2020.

The project is working on a £8m major refurbishment scheme in West London.

Ideal candidate

• 5-7 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Construction related Level 7 qualification NVQ
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Project Manager.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• Decent homes experience.
• Design and programing experience.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.

The responsibilities for this role

• Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.
• Making sure Health and safety is up to the client’s standard.
• Responsibility for the whole site.
• Making sure all of the method statements are all correct.
• Site managing the site from start to finish.
