Project Manager – £22 Million 4 Hotel Vauxhall

Great opportunity has arisen for a construction manager looking to make a step up or an experienced PM looking for a new challenge with an up and coming Privately owned Building contractor.

The reason for getting in touch is that I am currently working for a Privately owned Main Contactor, based out of Moorgate in Central London whom have won and are looking to now bring on staff for their flagship £22 Million New Build 4* Hotel in Vauxhall, London. The role will allow the right person to work in business’ offices in Moorgate for the next 4-6 Months and then working on site through the Construction.

The company itself has grown from a £30 Million Turnover last year to £50 Million this year and they have ambitious growth plans.

The board are from Major Main Contracting companies and will grown and make this business one to watch in the future.
