Project Manager

Highly regarded Building Contractor who have been established for over 25 years urgently seek a Project Manager to join their busy team.

Projects mainly consist of residential apartment blocks in the South East of England built on behalf of Housing Associations and Residential Providers.

This company has won a lot of work recently and there are a large number of schemes coming through so would consider this a stable role to get, with a busy contractor.

Responsibility for the role is to ensure sites are run on time, on budget, managing subordinates and sub-contractors.

This role will suit a hands on project manager that is polished enough to deal with clients, consultants and report back in to board level.
