An award winning Main Contractor based in Central London have an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing 2 x new projects they have just been awarded.

 

The company have been operating for well over 100 years’ and the business comprises a number of specialist divisions, bringing exceptional knowledge and expertise to projects within the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, social housing, heritage and sports and leisure sectors.

 

They are looking for a Project Surveyor to oversee 2 x new projects they have just been awarded; one is a new build social housing scheme in North West London comprising two small sites, circa £800k each. The other project is a new build hospice, circa £2m, in South East London. Both are JCT Contracts.

 

The Project Surveyor will be based between their offices in Central London and the two sites, and will be responsible for running both projects autonomously and simultaneously. The ideal person will need to have a track record of working on similar projects for a reputable main contractor.

 

Experience:

  • Ideally Degree qualified / other relative qualifications
  • Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Experience working on new build social housing / residential projects
  • Ideally have worked on a range of other projects including education, healthcare and commercial
  • Able to work autonomously on more than one project at a time
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Able to commute to Central London and happy to travel to sites in North and South London
