Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor | £70,000 | South West London

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a Main Contractor in South West London.

This main contractor specialises in new build, refurbishment and internal fit-out projects in the sector of high-end, residential are valued up to £20m.

The project is a £10m high-end residential for a well-known celebrity.

The purpose of this role

• Managing the financial aspects of the project carried out by the contractors.
• Ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are preformed to the highest standard.
• Making sure the SHEQ standards are followed correctly and up to standards also to be understood at all times of the project.
• Making sure the company’s way of work is learnt and followed and put into your daily work routine.
• Acting in a professional working manner in everything you’re doing to make sure the company’s reputation is kept at the high level that it is at.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ experience.
• BSc degree in quantity surveyor or in a similar commercial degree.
• Good data skills.
• Experience in New build
• Experience in Refurbishment
• Line management skills is desirable.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages.
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card at an appropriate level.
