Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 Plus Package
Location:
They have various projects that they need well experienced quantity surveyors to work on various commercial projects with a mixture of different projects such as residential, education etc.
WHATS NEEDED: The ideal candidate will have had some experience working on a commercial, residential or education projects preferably new build but refurbishment maybe considered.
The right candidate for this role will have had experience working with 2 stage tenders, this is essential!
THE COMPANY: They are a privately owned contractor with a annual turnover this year of over 50 million pounds. They projects are mainly new build and usually range from £5 – £15 million, the sectors they specialise in is Health, Education, High End Residential and General Construction.
