Quantity Surveyor – Highways

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor join a leading top tier main contractor delivering a major highways frameworks reaching in Kent and East Sussex, working from their office & depot, you’ll be joining a busy, professional team with a business that can offer career progression and personal development.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the existing commercial team on a variety of duties on this fast paced contract. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Processing payments for subcontractors
• Pricing variations
• Task orders
• Preparing details for monthly CVR’s
• Resolving payment enquiries
• Quantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have:
• Experience working on highways maintenance and civil engineering projects
• Familiar with the NEC suite of contracts
• Excellent communication skills
