Quantity Surveyor (Luxury Residential) | Permanent | Kensington, West London

I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a niche construction company that specialise in the high end residential sector, based out of their West London offices.

The company have been operating for close to 15 years, specifically in the luxury residential sector, carrying out a range of new build, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, basement and cut and carve projects.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have a strong track record working in the high end residential sector; predominantly on refurbishments, extensions, conversions and basement cut and carve projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Residential / high end residential project experience
• Excellent commercial skills and awareness
• Capable of running projects autonomously
• Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
