A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £100m have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a £9m new build industrial and commercial project in Bicester, which also consists of infrastructure works. The Quantity Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 35 weeks. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding main contractor that work on a range of projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

  • Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
  • Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor
  • Track record working on industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent commercial skills and awareness
  • Full UK drivers’ license
