Senior / Quantity Surveyor | Wimbledon | £70,000 Plus Package  

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a regional contractor in Wimbledon.

This contractor specialises in new build and refurbishment projects working on commercial offices, healthcare, high end residential and leisure schemes.

The values of the projects value from £500k – £5m this regional contractor has a strong track record with a lot of repeated contracts from clients from exceeding their expectations.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• New build and refurbishment experience.
• Can oversee the project.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Full driving licence.
