Position: Senior Roofing Estimator

 Location: East London

 Salary: Up to £60,000 plus package

A leading specialist in roofing and building who offer services from reactive maintaining through to major roof renewals.

Highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects with multiple specifications valued up to £6million.

They have a unique working approach with the latest techniques that make them a leading competitor within the industry. The work they carry out are of a high standard due to continuously investing in training and safety standards to ensure projects are carried out on time and to budget.

Due to their growing success they now have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Roofing Estimator to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.

Senior Roofing Estimator Responsibilities

• Knowledge and practice in package tendering & pricing, design meetings with contracts team, post award site visits to monitor installation.
• Analyse plan and assess cost priorities
• Understand and practice in material costing, quotations, variations and final account summaries
• Review, evaluate, prioritise and manage workload

 Personal Specification & Requirements

• 5 + years’ worth of experience as a Senior Roofing Estimator
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of all aspects of flat roofing
• Ability to use hot melt systems
