A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in South West London.

This contractor is aiming to have a profit turnover is to be over £1.5b by 2020, their projects value up to £30m, this contractor has an impressive track record with a low staff turnover, this contractor is the leading new build and refurbishment providers.

The project is a £20m new build residential scheme in South West London.

Ideal candidate

• 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a relevant construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Site Manager.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• Decent homes experience.
• Design and programing experience.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.

The responsibilities for this role

• Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.
• Making sure Health and safety is up to the client’s standard.
• Responsibility for the whole site.
• Making sure all of the method statements are all correct.
• Site managing the site from start to finish.
