We are currently recruiting for a main contractor for a large residential development in Horsham. It is a number 1 Site Manager role with a couple of Site Managers, Traffic Marshalls and Store Man under you, and around 100 men on-site in total.
You should have experience of large residential projects and reporting directly into a Contracts Manager running all aspects of the job including recording variations and getting them approved and day to day paperwork and emails. You will need to have SMSTS and CSCS.
