An established privately owned main contractor that predominantly works on residential fit out / refurbishment schemes in and around Central London for High Net-Worth clients is looking for a Site Manager with previous experience of delivering within this sector.
Comfortable in a client facing role and flexible enough to role with client changes you will report to a Contracts Manager and work closely with QS to ensure the project is concluded within programme and budget whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
On offer or this Site Manager position is a salary guide of c.£60,000 p.a. plus benefits.
