A site manager is urgently required for a £8m grade 2 listed building in South West London.
This well respected medium sized contractor is urgently requiring a Site Manager to work on a grade 2 building, this medium sized contractor does refurbishment on multiple different uses of building such as, education, leisure, education and many more. There will always be a strong pipeline of work with this contractor as they are growing rapidly and building a strong name for themselves.
Site Manager
- Refurbishment experience
- High-end residential experience
- Excellent all round construction knowledge
- Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
- First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
