Supervisor -Highways

We are looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to start on a contract basis ASAP.

£200-300pd

Project Information: Working for one of the UK’s largest highway contractors working on multiple projects within the SE area include Hampshire/Sussex/Surrey, work involved: Term maintenance/Smart motorways.

To be suitable for the position it is imperative to be an experienced supervisor and you must have a min 2 years of working within Highways.

Key Requirements:

• CSCS (Gold card) SSSTS or SMSMTS

• Highways and High speed road network experience

• NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)

• Main contractor experience

• LA experience

• Strong Commercially experience

• Experience of working on large scale projects

Responsibilities:

• Site inductions and staff briefings

• Assisting in maintenance and preparation of CPP

• Monitoring progress within the agreed programme

• Monitoring risk assessments and method statements

• Monitoring resourcing levels and increasing/decreasing where necessary
