Top Design and build company with a strong background within the construction industry currently seeking an innovative experienced Technical Coordinator to come aboard the team.

They are a forward thinking company that do a mixture of interesting work ranging from high rise apartments and homes which involves Reinforced Concrete projects.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities

• Carry out internal processes and procedures with the use of trackers, reports and checklist
• Manager the preparation of project terms and Proposals
• Manage the design programme and prepare monthly client reports
• Co-ordinate information and liaise with in house architects, civil and structural engineers and landscape architects.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of key departmental developments.
• Attend the design meetings between the subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders

Personal Specification

• 3 years’ experience within the construction industry
• Specific experience through entire project cycle on residential
• Good understanding of technical detailing and compliance requirements
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
• Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
