Technical Manager – Nordics

A global Fire + Security manufacturer is looking for a proven , experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER for the Nordics region.

A management position responsible for leading a team of 9 Technical Support Engineers spread across the region and working effectively with the Nordics Sales and Customer Service departments. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the rapid growth and success of the entire region.

Must be able to lead, coach, and develop a team of technical support engineers, driving them to deliver results and work independently with high degree of productivity.

Strong industry experience in Electronic Security (CCTV, Access & Intrusion Control, Fire Detection, etc.) or related field. Ensuring and maintain the best technical support processes and skills.
